NBA 2K17 Kicks: Jordan Brand Released An Alternate collection

In June of 2015, Jordan Brand released maybe the most popular and important new retro colorway of the past several years, the Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard. It proved that not everything has to be an OG colorway to be a hit; the sneaker community just needs a solid color scheme, quality materials and a story that expands upon the mythology of Michael Jordan.

Just ask the Utah Jazz, who were essentially bounced from a playoff berth last April Crawford got a rare start due to injury and dropped 30 points in a relentless 49 minutes of an overtime road win. Barton as a dependable contributor off the bench can be a steadying influence.

Eric Gordon, Houston Rockets: Let's start by saying he's got to find a way to stay on the court for a full season. Gordon has been oh-so-injury-prone, missing no fewer than 18 games in every season dating back to his rookie year (2008-09). Let's also say that he's got to find a way to do the delicate dance steps with his new teammate James Harden. Others such as Dwight Howard and Ty Lawson have found that not such an easy task. And it's also possible that Gordon finds his way into the starting lineup. But the biggest factor is new coach Mike D'Antoni putting the turbocharger on the Rockets offense and Gordon suddenly finding himself with more wide open looks at the bucket than he ever saw with the Los Angeles Clippers or New Orleans Pelicans. He's a career 38.3 percent shooter from behind the 3-point line and the free-shooting Rockets will turn him loose. If award voters just look at the offensive and Gordon can stay healthy, he'll score enough to be in the race.

Enes Kanter, Oklahoma City Thunder: It's hard not to be noticed when you're 6-foot-11. Then Kanter called more attention to himself by trolling ex-teammate Kevin Durant and all of those disappointed Lakers fans when news hit that Russell Westbrook was staying in OKC. That's not to say the Turkish big man doesn't merit the attention for his play. Finally given regular playing time after the trade that got him out of Utah's limbo 1 1/2 seasons ago, Kanter became a force off the bench last season, able to score at the basket or away from it. His 24.0 ranked 10th in the league in per last season -- sandwiched between All-Stars Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins -- and when Kanter was on the floor with Steven Adams to form a Twin Towers lineup in the Western Conference finals, they often gave the Warriors fits in the paint. He's found his place with the Thunder and now they'll need more of his offense in the absence of Durant.

First NBA 2K17 Trailer Revealed

Breaking news! First NBA 2K17 trailer which focuses on the Men’s National Team in Rio for the Olympics and the Dream Team from the 1992 Games in Barcelona came out!

They weren’t grotesque in NBA 2K16, but it’s always nice when a sports game makes visual improvements on this generation of consoles.

Photo-Realistic Coach Renders

Mike Krzyzewski has what might be the most accurate render any coach has had in the NBA 2K series. We know he was captured with the full photo rig, but we don’t know if the coaches in the league were. Hopefully, we’ll see photo-realistic versions of the NBA’s 30 current head coaches.

Players' Reply To NBA 2K17 Screenshots

After confirming that the 2016 Men's U.S.A. Basketball National Team and the 1992 Dream Team would be included in the upcoming "NBA 2K17," 2K Sports has now released photos of the two teams.

Take a look at the entire Team USA roster for the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games and the original Dream Team from 1992—with Charles Barkley and Scottie Pippen.
The following are players's views about the USA Team screenshot.

Paul George's shoes clipping through the floor. Kevin Durant's arms clipping through his thighs.

And Draymond Green looks as if he is cropped or something to the right.


Apparently the source was the Team USA website, but I could never see the actual screenshot from them.

And where is Derozan?

Who added after him: I think I see a hand next to Boogie. Likely him, don't know why he's not with Kyle though.

The clipping most likely isn't to do with the game mechanics, it's likely made in a game dev environment where they can pose players etc. in different poses ignoring the game physics of course.

Probably just have that in 2K17 as well, Kyrie, and Melo look updated.

I would love to actually use this court for MyTeam/Gauntlet or something. I imagine NBA 2K17 MT load times would be quicker than loading a whole arena.

Yea, load times are pretty fast, as well as the frame rate. On my old PC on low I could get about max 30 FPS, on the modded court I could get to 60 FPS easily. Only problem is 2K didn't put in everything, so when you go to a timeout the framerate tanks, since they all merge into one another in the center of the court.

Looks like this was a leaked shot that may or may not be from the final build, hasn't been officially released by any official NBA2K outlet. Hopefully we'll see improved looks later on.
